CM Punk & Tony Khan's Relationship On Verge Of Collapse

CM Punk's relationship with Tony Khan could be nearing its breaking point.

PWTorch's Wade Keller reports that while the AEW boss is a Punk fan - and has previously tried to excuse his behaviour and "steer him away from volatile situations - All In may end up being the final straw for Khan.

Punk, who was already upset that AEW hadn't arranged his travel from Heathrow Airport, confronted Khan after the Perry incident, doing so in front of others and in the 44-year-old's locker room. The exchanges were described as "heated" and "intense", with three of the Torch's sources stating that Punk told Khan he quit, chewing the billionaire out with "harsh phrasing" in the process.

All In's main card opened with Punk vs. Samoa Joe. Punk and Khan didn't talk for an extended period of time after the contest, which is unusual for the two, who have previously texted each other following backstage blow-ups.

Haus of Wrestling reports that amongst Punk's comments was one claiming he felt like he was working in a zoo, though other interpretations are also doing the rounds.

More on this ever-evolving situation soon.
