Could This Duo Be WWE's Next Unlikely Comedy Tag-Team?

Imagining Brock Lesnar and Sami Zayn in a comedy tag-team once seemed impossible.

Now, after a few weeks of banter-filled segments involving the warring pair, there's genuine potential there. OK, so some people are gonna hate this idea, but it's not quite as outlandish as it first sounds. After all, who believed that Booker T and Goldust or Randy Orton and Riddle would go on to have the success they did together.

Besides, Brock and Sami share a weirdly natural amount of chemistry on screen. There's something funny about seeing Lesnar talk Zayn down before smashing him around with suplexes and other power moves - that temper could become part of their dynamic.

Obviously, WWE would have to press the pause button on this until after Lesnar challenges Roman Reigns for the Universal Title at Day 1, but who's to say Brock and Zayn couldn't work some more comedy spots during the Royal Rumble and go on from there?

Is it stupid? Absolutely. Would it work? Who knows for sure unless WWE try? There's definitely enough of an endearing charm to their interactions that it's worth exploring.
