Old-school ECW stars Tommy Dreamer, Taz, Shane Douglas, Jerry Lynn and 'Judge' Jeff Jones reconnected for the first time in years backstage at AEW's Rampage debut.

A pic is circulating online that shows the five men posing for a quick snap - Dreamer is in "worker mode", but the other four are visibly delighted to catch up with old friends. Taz was on commentary for the show, Lynn works as a producer for AEW and Jones is part of the promotion's digital media team.

Douglas and Dreamer were just in town visiting, hanging with old pals and checking out the show.

Afterwards, Taz tweeted some praise for AEW's team and his boss Tony Khan. The announcer said he's "blessed to be a part of something so special", and said he "appreciates" AEW and Khan "more than words can describe".

It sounds like he enjoyed his evening then.

Some fans replied to the tweet thanking Taz for his commentary. Others directed their love towards the ECW pic and said it was amazing to see wrestling's past look so happy backstage on a card dedicated to wrestling's future.
