Edge Drove 17 Hours To Be At WWE Raw

That's a lot of Pearl Jam albums...

Beth Phoenix revealed on Twitter that her husband Edge drove a whopping 17 hours to be in attendance at last night's closed-doors episode of Raw.

Earlier, Edge himself had tweeted out that he was dashing to WWE's Performance Center in his pick up truck, and that he planned on listening to as much Pearl Jam as possible. During the trip, the comeback king could've listened to everything from Ten to Lightning Bolt; in fact, Eddie Vedder and the boys have probably already dropped an advance copy of their upcoming album Gigaton in Edge's inbox.

That's a lot of grunge rock, but Edge was determined.

Interestingly, it takes approx 8.5 hours to drive from the couple's home in Asheville, North Carolina to WWE's PC in Orlando, Florida. Edge can't have been at his house then, but on the road somewhere else. Whatever way you slice it, 17 hours is a lot of drive time.

On Raw, Edge challenged Randy Orton to a 'Last Man Standing' match at WrestleMania 36 on 5 April. That event will take place in the same room Edge delivered his promo. This is gonna' be weird.
