How He Won It: Swagger won what was, to that point, the busiest Money in the Bank ladder match. There were ten entrants in total, with Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre and Evan Bourne joining MITB veterans Shelton Benjamin, MVP, Christian, Kane, Kofi Kingston, Matt Hardy.

The match itself wasn't the best MITB match, but it was creative and exciting. There was genuine tension at the end, when it seemed to take Swagger an age to unhook the briefcase.

What He Did With It: Swagger didn't hang about, cashing-in on World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho at the post-WrestleMania Smackdown tapings. This was a shock, because most assumed that WWE would spent significant time building up Swagger for his big moment. It was the fastest cash-in ever at that point.

Effect On Career: It was great, in the short-term. Swagger was World Heavyweight Champion, no longer a midcarder but wrestling the likes of Rey Mysterio in featured matches on television and pay-per-view. It didn't last long, though, as Swagger lost the title to the masked man at Fatal Four Way in June.

Six years later, it arguably represents the high point of Swagger's WWE career. Now, when the All-America American is referred to as a former MITB winner and World Heavyweight Champion, newer fans are left looking confused while those watching back then are left going 'Oh yeah, I forgot about that'.
