Katie Vick Returns On WWE SmackDown!

Comeback of the century (sort of).

2020 just got even weirder.

During SmackDown's 25th Anniversary celebrations for Triple H's WWE career, both Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon brought up 2002's infamous Katie Vick storyline. First, HBK said that he didn't want to wrap things up without asking about the angle first, then McMahon roasted his son-in-law's party before adding that it maybe wasn't as bad as The Gobbledy Gooker or Katie Vick.

Vince added that another skit, 'This Is Your Life' from 2017, wasn't Bayley's fault (hinting that Trips wrote and produced the entire thing).

What in the name of Hunter Hearst Helmsley is going on?

This was the most unlikely of comebacks for Vick. She was previously mentioned during the Kane and Daniel Bryan 'Anger Management' segments back in 2012, but WWE generally stay away from talking about that time Triple H simulated sex on a mannequin in a funeral home.

Stay tuned for an epic cinematic match pitting Triple H and Stephanie McMahon vs. Kane and Katie Vick on pay-per-view over the summer. Oh boy, let's hope nobody who writes TV for WWE reads this. Best not give them any ideas.
