With the WWE and TNA working relationship nowadays firmly established, the legendary Kurt Angle believes that WWE will eventually end up purchasing the TNA library.

Angle is no stranger to either promotion, having spent years with both WWE and TNA, winning World Championships in both promotions, and putting on a multitude of fantastic matches along the way. And for Kurt, he believes that his TNA run was actually better than his time with WWE, which is why he's keen for WWE fans to get a chance to see his work under the TNA banner.

Speaking on the Mic Check with Mr. Anderson podcast, the Olympic Hero said he didn't think "in a million years" that WWE would partner with TNA, as he elaborated:

"The reason why I love it? I know eventually the WWE is gonna buy the TNA library, and the WWE will now own all the Kurt Angle footage in TNA, and the WWE fans are gonna be able to have access to it. I'm gonna tell you know, I had a much better career in TNA than I did WWE, and I was there a lot longer, too. So, most of my career was in TNA, and a lot of the WWE fans didn't see me, so now, I have the opportunity of having the fans being allowed to see me compete in TNA and perform. I know it's gonna happen eventually, I just never thought it would in a million years. But now that they have partnered, and they're both invested in each other, I think eventually [WWE's] gonna buy the library."

As for TNA and WWE, last night's NXT saw a match made for next week, where NXT Champion Oba Femi takes on TNA World Champion Trick Williams in a winner-takes-all bout, with the winner going on to defend both belts against Ricky Saints at No Mercy the following week. However, various TNA names were quick to take to social media to show their unhappiness with this, as rumours swirl that we may soon be set for some sort of TNA 'invasion' of NXT.
