Mixed Match Challenge Finals Confirmed For WWE TLC 2018

Who will earn that coveted #30 spot in the Rumble?

Mixed Match Challenge

Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox will face R-Truth & Carmella in the finals of WWE's Mixed Match Challenge Season 2 at the TLC pay-per-view this Sunday.

Truth & Carmella overcame The Miz & Asuka on last night's episode to claim their spot in the final, whilst Mahal & Fox defeated Bayley & Apollo Crews (who was replacing Finn Balor due to injury).

The winners of this season's Mixed Match Challenge win an all-expenses paid vacation to anywhere in the world and more importantly enter the 2019 Royal Rumble at the highly coveted #30 spot.

Despite being 1-3 in the Monday Night RAW bracket, 'Mahalicia' finished above the team of Natalya & Kevin Owens/Bobby Roode to earn a place in the quarterfinals. After beating Curt Hawkins & Ember Moon, they won their aforementioned match with Crews & Bayley to qualify for the final.

'The Fabulous Truth' also went 1-3 in the SmackDown LIVE bracket, but their win over Lana & Rusev meant they made the quarterfinals to face the team of Jeff Hardy & Charlotte Flair. Defying all the odds, they not only defeated 'Extreme Flair', but also the winners of Season 1's Mixed Match Challenge in The Miz & Asuka to become finalists.

Will we see the most unlikely of winners on Sunday, or will we be getting a dance break at the Royal Rumble?
