MJF Reveals "Life-Threatening Injury" On AEW Dynamite

Trolling is MJF's business, and business is good.

MJF is AEW's ultimate troll.

You knew that already, but 'The Salt of the Earth' compounded it last night, delivering a sarcastic injury update from "Max's Rat's House" halfway through AEW Dynamite.

MJF had spent the past week toying with his followers on social media, first stating that the reason he hadn't been on AEW television lately was that something awful had happened to him, following up by claiming he needed surgery. This was torn down as he held back fake tears on Dynamite, claiming he'd never experienced such depressing times, before revealing the "life-threatening injury" as a hangnail suffered while throwing dollar bills in a casino.

"Like a valiant warrior, I gambled on until the show's end," he said, his left arm in a sling with a Burberry bandage wrapped around his pinkie. MJF then promised that he would return from this debilitating ailment, rise from the ashes, and become AEW World Champion.

What a jerk.

The segment aired for a squash match featuring MJF's heavy, Wardlow, who ruined poor Lee Johnson in just a couple of minutes, using immense power, explosiveness, and his killer moveset to put the overmatched enhancement guy away.
