This wrestler never felt like she had the backing of WWE boo boys backstage.

Former WWE star Dana Brooke recently debuted in the revamped TNA as Ash By Elegance, and she's looking forward to getting stuck in. During an interview with Busted Open Radio, Ash revealed that she never felt like WWE bosses believed in her or had her back.

Brooke did have some notable moments in the company, but was never truly pushed to the forefront of the women's division. In fact, it's fair to say that Dana was rarely (if ever) given a proper shot as a high profile singles star.

She was always overlooked in favour of others.

Ash swallowed her pride and did her best no matter what management asked her to do, but did say she'd be lying by claiming she didn't wonder when it'd be her turn for a push. TJ Wilson was one WWE producer who tried his best to pitch stuff for Dana, but the new TNA signing was constantly glossed over by others.

That must've been a frustrating experience. In a heartbreaking moment, Ash said she "fought so hard" to gain credibility behind the scenes and boost her prospects.

Nothing seemed to work.
