NXT Takeover: 10 Things We Are Most Excited To See
3. Sami Zayn
The former El Generico is, without a doubt, the best wrestler in NXT. He has wrestled outstanding matches against several different Superstars, all of whom employ different in-ring styles. His matches with Cesaro captured the attention of fans, management and even lead commentator Michael Cole. Subsequent matches with Corey Graves, Adrian Neville and Leo Kruger continued to impress. May 29 will see another test for the Canadian competitor as he takes on Tyler Breeze in a number one contender match. Breeze is still an enigmatic worker who is constantly trying to discover himself between the ropes. The gimmick is there and he plays it with great conviction but he is still working out the kinks in his ring game. Luckily, Zayn is good enough to help carry any opponent he is put in the ring with. There will be many talented individuals that take to the ring at Takeover but Zayn is their superior by far. Watching him ply his craft is always a treat and doing so against a largely unproven worker like Breeze will be, at the very least, intriguing. A fun worker who has the respect of the audience he performs in front of, expect the international star to be one of the most over wrestlers on the roster.
