Ranking 22 WWE Debuts And Returns In 2021
15. Doudrop
Uggh. Like so many on this list, Piper Niven should have
been a can’t-miss prospect.
But instead of debuting as herself, she took her bow as Eva Marie’s protégé and was given the moniker Doudrop. Yeah. The relationship fell apart almost immediately, with the two at odds just weeks after debuting. It was an awful, embarrassing and sad affair, as Doudrop was reduced to being a sidekick/enforcer, then emancipated herself, and then turned heel, all in the span of five months.
Now a full-fledged heel, Doudrop still has the same stupid name despite being pushed as a killer heel. She had a couple solid matches against Bianca Belair this month that finally showcased to fans a bit of what she’s capable of, but as long as she goes by that moronic moniker, it’s impossible to take her seriously.
Ranking her was tough, because Piper Niven could be a serious threat in the women’s division, and they’ve finally shown glimpses of her. But Doudrop is a joke of a character and an utter disappointment.
