Ranking All Of Goldberg’s WWE Return Matches From Worst To Best

1. Brock Lesnar (WrestleMania 33)

Top spot goes to 'Mania 33 though.

Your writer was in the stadium live for this one, so there may well be some bias creeping in here. However, 'Brock vs. Goldberg: The Revenge' was a thumping reminder of just how visceral both men can be at their absolute best. They didn't waste any time in hitting the bigger power moves.

Following the dull Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt match probably helped in retrospect, but Goldberg was on fire as he returned the favour to Lesnar for Survivor Series 2016. F5s, spears, Jackhammers, suplexes - this sub-five minute finisher-fest had it all.

Most others on the card struggled to match that danger in the air as soon as the bell sounded to start. People really wanted to see if Goldberg could repeat the trick by toppling Brock, but most knew Lesnar would cut through his old conquerer and regain the Universal Title eventually.
