Randy Orton’s match from WrestleMania 23 benefits from being a Money in the Bank ladder match involving a star-studded cast of eight men, including CM Punk, Edge, both Hardys, Booker T, Finlay, Mr Kennedy, and of course Orton himself.

Naturally, that kind of line-up yielded 24 minutes of non-stop action, and though it was Jeff Hardy who stole the headlines with his dive onto Edge through a ladder at ringside, Orton featured in his own fair share of memorable spots throughout the match.

Some of his early roles included being fed to Booker T and Edge and they rattled off a flurry of signature moves, before he then got in on the act himself with three back-to-back RKOs, followed by one more to Punk from off a ladder for good measure. A fifth and final attempt to Booker T was then reversed into a Book End, again from atop the ladder, resulting in a nasty-looking bump for Orton.

Though this wasn’t necessarily a speciality match of Orton’s, it was one in which he more than held his own, and he certainly carried his weight in what was one of the best matches top-to-bottom that he’s ever been involved in at WrestleMania
