WrestleMania is a bit of a b*llache to sit through, being quite frank, but it's neither the fault of the company nor the wrestlers themselves.

Father Time hit his finisher on the show a long, long time ago, with the jumped-up 1985 Madison Square Garden telecast looking nothing more than a... jumped-up Madison Square Garden telecast.

Fans are thankfully hot for just about everything, but there's not a single match commanding praise on a lengthy and lethargic undercard before Hulk Hogan and Mr T emerge for their main event against Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff. Even then, the WWE Champion and the 'A-Team' star weren't there to wrestle.

Just housing their unique star power in one sold out building was all McMahon needed. His show was resounding creative and commercial success, regardless of how well it stands up to criticism 33 years later.
