Ranking Every WWE SmackDown "Throwback" From Worst To Best

3. 2006 Signature Infusion

We'll level with you. This didn't technically go down on last night's show, but it dropped on YouTube just before "Throwback" SmackDown got underway, so we're counting it as an appetiser to the night itself. And oh, what a joyous little treat this was.

Combining the iconic 2006 Ruthless Aggression era intro - which once exhibited the likes of The Undertaker and John Cena strutting their stuff to get us hyped for the excitement to come - with the current crop of blue branded badasses, WWE produced one of the most satisfying 45 seconds you'll see today.

On top of the glorious sound of Rise Up by Drowning Pool invading your ears, the sight of stars such as Cesaro, Big E, Bayley and more clearly having the time of their lives being cut into the well-known signature was the sort of feel-good nostalgia we were looking for last night.

Also, the fact that Rey Mysterio didn't need to film a new segment for the video was both hilarious and equally impressive. The guy has barely aged!
