When poor Eugene just wanted a WrestleMania moment at the 21st event of its kind, he found himself on the wrong end of a brutal beatdown at the hands of Muhammad Hassan and Daivari. But this assault would merely pave the way for one of the most memorable WrestleMania moments of all time, as Hulk Hogan made a surprising return to save Eugene.
For the first time in two years, The Hulkster stepped into a WWE ring and made quick work of his opposition. Delivering a collection of his greatest hits, Hogan had the entire audience chanting his name as he cleared the ring. He then celebrated with the audience.
This was a moment in time that allowed the recently-inducted Hall of Famer to prove that he hadn't lost a step since his previous stint with the company, and it was the beginning of his incredibly memorable 2005 run that saw him both team with and feud with Shawn Michaels.
