Don't let yourself get out of shape while sitting in Raw or SmackDown catering, pal.

Triple H is PISSED

Former WWE wrestler Alexander Wolfe has told Fightful Select of the time Triple H gave a big speech in NXT, warning wrestlers against becoming complacent on the main roster.

Per the report, Wolfe called on his own experiences when he wasn't being used while part of the SmackDown roster, saying that he grew fed up of sitting around in catering, getting out of shape in the process. Triple H had specifically warned wrestlers of this happening during his speech.

The NXT chief said that this often happens when wrestlers aren't making television. They lose motivation, lose their fitness, and end up never being used, as the cycle perpetuates itself.

Wolfe was one of eight NXT performers let go by WWE on 20 May. This came less than 48 hours after his last appearance on NXT television, meaning it came as something of a surprise.

Per Wolfe himself (via Inside the Ropes), his WWE contract was due to expire on 15 June, meaning he isn't bound to one of the company's 90-day non-compete clauses. Rather than being released, he was told his deal would be allowed to run out.

The former Sanity member is yet to announce his first post-WWE appearance.
