8. Setting Kane On Fire In Raw's First Ever Inferno Match
Seeing something like an inferno match on Raw was a massive deal back in February 1999. The bout had only taken place once before, on pay per view at Unforgiven 1998. It was hugely exciting to see the fiery match now taking place on Raw, with Undertaker and Kane doing battle in a ring surrounded by flames. The finish was Undertaker dropping Kane's leg on to the bed of flames at the apron, causing Kane's boot to light up in a flurry of fire. As gimmicky as it was, it made for an awesome scene, with Kane wriggling in pain as his lower leg burned. It also involved the random story of Undertaker setting Vince McMahon's teddy bear on fire. Setting another wrestler on fire is pretty much as badass as it gets, and the memorable finish helped to boost Taker's star power even further. Many fans consider that year as his career peak.
