The loved-up couple make their way to the ring looking especially confident, but that is washed away with the arrival of Sky's partner James Storm, who continues his spate of being the go-to wrestler in any other person's rivalry. The match starts with Storm clearly in control against Jesse, but after a slight distraction from Tara, this position is reversed. The fact that Jesse was able to get any sort of believable offense on Storm at all is an achievement in itself, but soon the team of Storm and Sky take control of the team of primadonnas, with Sky getting some rapid near-falls on the champion. Eventually, with Jesse knocked out by a double knee attack by Storm, Sky has all the freedom she needs to hook Tara into the facebuster and get the pinfall victory. Expect to see some more competition between Sky and Tara in the near future with the belt on the line, and then some other knockout can take her turn being relevant again.
