Updated Impact Wrestling Turning Point 2020 Card
Five matches added to Impact Wrestling's upcoming Impact Plus special.
Coming out of last night's Impact Wrestling, the card for their next Impact Plus special next Saturday, titled Turning Point, has begun to take shape.
The main event for the evening will see a rivalry reignited, as Sami Callihan challenges Rich Swann for the World Championship. Callihan, a former World Champion in his own right, was victorious over Swann on last night's show, with Eric Young and Eddie Edwards as their respective partners. Albeit, it came following interference from Ken Shamrock, but a win's a win.
Elsewhere in championship action, Su Yung will again defend her Knockouts Championship against Deonna Purrazzo, this time in a No Disqualifications Match after their contest last night ended in controversial fashion thanks to a steel chair. Additionally, The Good Brothers get their chance to right a wrong from Bound For Glory as they attempt to take the World Tag Team Championships away from The North.
Finally, in two singles matches, Brian Myers meets Swoggle, who has taken issue with Myers' recent disrespect, while Moose will take on Willie Mack. 'Chocolate Thunder' was choked out with a cable by the TNA World Heavyweight Champion last night, resulting in the match being made.
Here's how the Turning Point 2020 card currently looks, with just one more Impact left to go:-
Impact World Title: Rich Swann (c) vs. Sami Callihan
Impact Knockouts Title No Disqualifications Match: Su Yung (c) vs. Deonna Purrazzo
Impact World Tag Team Titles: The North (c) vs. The Good Brothers
Brian Myers vs. Swoggle
Moose vs. Willie Mack
