Vince McMahon And Triple Were NOT At WWE TLC 2019
Paul Heyman and Bruce Prichard handled duties on Sunday.
TLC 2019, WWE's final pay-per-view of the year, was of so little inherent interest that neither company chairman Vince McMahon nor son-in-law and next in line Triple H attended the show.
We don't know the actual reason why the power pair weren't in Minneapolis this Sunday, though it is understood McMahon's fingerprints were, of course, still all over the event. According to Dave Meltzer, reporting for the Wrestling Observer, Vince and Levesque were part of the conference call putting TLC together, though neither were in Gorilla and the commentators were not produced via headset throughout the evening.
It's understood that Paul Heyman took charge of Raw's side of things, whilst Bruce Prichard was on hand to produce the SmackDown component.
Meltzer further reported that the general feeling is that TLC was handled poorly, with particular regards to Kairi Sane's possible concussion.
At present, it isn't known whether McMahon or Triple H were in attendance for last night's Raw in Des Moines, Iowa.
