One of the key necessities in being successful as an orator is being able to address not just your existing audience, but your prospective audience, too. Vince has a way of always knowing that more people are watching him than he (or we) likely suspect, and when he has to project himself as being a larger-than-life real-life persona, he always excels at doing so and passes with flying colors. A super-important promo that defined the creative future of the then WWF, it's not that Vince hits a home run that's as impressive as how he hits the home run.
