What REALLY Happened To WWE's 16 Tallest Wrestlers Ever?

3. Omos (7'3)

Known For: Being an affable big chap whenever he's interviewed. No, really. Omos seems like a great guy, and he's way more intelligent than WWE's meat-head giant gimmick ever suggested. Don't judge this book by its cover, and all that. Omos wrestled some high profile bouts vs. Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley and others, but it remains questionable whether Triple H is interested in using him or not. It's anyone's guess there.

What Happened To Him: Believe it or not, Omos headed over to Japan for a stint with Pro Wrestling Noah and formed a successful tag-team with Scottish independent star Jack Morris. Literally nobody would've predicted that was ahead of him when he was staring at the lights for Lesnar at WrestleMania 39 in 2023. Back then, it seemed clear that Hunter was going to go all in on Omos as a star attraction.

Not quite. He hasn't wrestled on WWE television or PLE since playing his part in an Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the 5 April 2024 episode of SmackDown. Before that, big Omos hadn't showed up on camera in-ring since the 2024 Royal Rumble. His appearances were fairly sparse before jetting off to Japan then.

At a neck-hurting 7'3, Omos is one of the tallest wrestlers ever. He's not the tallest as some announcers have claimed when going heavy on the hyperbole, but he comes darn close. Again, who knows if we'll ever see MVP's old man mountain grace episodes of Raw, SmackDown or NXT in the future?

Another Rumble cameo isn't out of the question, and he is still under WWE contract at time of writing.
