What They Did Next: WWE 2021 Releases - Part 2
13. Tyler Breeze
Tyler Breeze is one of the oddest choices for WWE to wish luck in his future endeavours. While an undeniable talent in the ring, it was his character that lent itself immediately to the WWE merchandising machine, and the Fashion Files vignettes he performed with partner Fandango were amongst some of the best comedy moments in WWE since the PG era began.
As Breeze's last matches with WWE were during the heavy pandemic era when crowds weren't allowed in, he found his love for the ring was waning and even considered retiring after his release as he was happy with what he'd achieved in his 14-year career. However, seeing the crowd go wild to the AEW debut of our next entry reignited his love of the ring. Breeze is no rush though. Financially secure thanks to his real estate holdings and the Flatbacks Wrestling school he runs with Shawn Spears, he's smartly taking the time to work on some old injuries before they become future problems.
While a mainstay on Xavier Wood's UpUpDownDown channel, the closest he's come to a wrestling ring is a signing appearance at Daily Wrestling's Sunshine State Superstars taping.
