Why AEW's Jon Moxley Deleted His Twitter App

"I don't have Twitter downloaded on my phone anymore".

Have you ever accidentally sent a text from your pocket? If so, then you'll sympathise with the concerns of Jon Moxley.

He told Bleacher Report that he fired out a random tweet after stuffing his phone into his back pocket so he could check out of the hotel. Yes, in his own words, Mox "butt-dialled". The tweet in question was only some link to an MMA article, but "it could have been anything".

The reigning AEW Champion has always been sketchy on the need for heavy social media usage, and it worried him that he could post a message to millions without even knowing. So, he decided to delete the Twitter app from his phone and hasn't looked back.

Moxley pointed out that it's entirely possible to ruin one's career by accident. All it'd take is posting something salacious or private onto Twitter and the entire world would start talking. Rather than take that chance, or even have anyone know which UFC fighters he's into, Jon has uninstalled the app.

Basically, if you see any Moxley tweets pop back up, then he's sending them from his home computer.
