Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan were originally set to face Naomi and Sasha Banks in an advertised WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match on last night's episode of Raw, but the bout didn't happen.

With Ripley absent from the show, Morgan ended up wrestling Naomi one-on-one instead. This was all because her tag team partner had been ruled out of Raw due to being "in protocol", as confirmed by the announcers, who didn't clarify what kind of "protocol" had struck Rhea.

Here's hoping that the Australian is able to return to television before long.

Ripley and Morgan vs. Banks and Naomi has now been postponed, though the date it will take place on has not yet been confirmed. Regardless, it was set up last week. Morgan and Ripley lost a contendership bout to the same opposition on Raw, resulting in a frustrated Rhea walking away from her partner, though they patched things up later on. In a backstage segment, Ripley stated she had negotiated for them to receive a title shot despite the defeat.

Liv ended up losing to Naomi in around two minutes last night. Three days prior, she beat Banks on SmackDown, with WWE marketing it as the biggest win of Morgan's career.
