Why SummerSlam 1992 Is The Greatest WWE PPV Of The “Golden Era”

3. The Undertaker!

The Undertaker SummerSlam 1992
WWE Network

Got to say, this section is down to my personal love of The Undertaker. I have watched 'Taker for pretty much his whole WWF/E career, through the good and bad.

But this was the start of what I have always considered the best 'Taker. Before he becomes magical, before he has The Ministry, he was just the The Undertaker. While the match itself isn't great, it's the beginning of a love affair between fans that has lasted for over thirty years.

From the massive pop, one of the biggest of the night, on the very first 'bong' of 'Taker's music, to seeing him riding down on the back of the hearse, this is the moment that he truly arrived.
