WWE: 10 Attitude Era Superstars Who Could Still Make An Impact Today
3. Lita
The soon-to-be Hall of Famer has a ready-made program with the current Divas champion, AJ Lee. No, this has nothing to do with CM Punk. It has everything to do with the video of a teenaged AJ crying as she gets Lita's autograph years ago. What better way to strike up a feud than drawing on reality like that? AJ comes out on the Raw after Mania to praise Lita and talks about how she used to look up to her, but now that she's held the Divas title for 200-and-some-odd days, she's surpassed her idol. Cue Lita for one last match. This time, she gets to go out as champion. Truthfully, don't rule something like this out. Trish Stratus retired around the same time and has had a couple matches since, so why not Lita? A Lita/AJ matchup would be light-years better than 95% of the Divas matches we've been subjected to for the past couple years. And Lita proved at Raw 1000 that she can still hit a moonsault.
