WWE: 10 Big Benefits From The Seth Rollins Heel Turn

5. Imagine The Face Turn On Evolution

Picture this scenario for a moment: Right before the SummerSlam pay-per-view, the Authority has been using Rollins like a puppet. In the end, he is sick and tired of Evolution taking advantage of him. Since the Reigns match with HHH seems to be "penciled in" at the big event, Rollins decides to help his old buddy. He turns on Orton and HHH at the last minute, making sure Reigns delivers the Superman punch and spear to the COO of the WWE. That practically writes itself. Just like the reaction Rollins got when he turned his back on the Shield, the reverse-action will get the same reaction. The WWE Universe loves the face turn. Remember back to when Hulk Hogan joined the nWo. There was an outrage among the fans. After his tyrannical period with the outcasts, he turned face and it got one of the loudest reactions in pro wrestling history. Just like that, a face turn changed it all; just like the heel turn is. Now, Rollins isn't near the level that Hogan was, but the Shield is that popular. One vital move by any member, or former-member, creates a memory. Rollins will be a "good guy" one day. It may not be in the next month or two, but eventually, it will happen.
