WWE: 10 Biggest Storylines We Expect After WrestleMania 30

10. Sting Comes To WWE

In today€™s wrestling world, where just about every major guy has worked with WWE at some point, it€™s quite odd to see a superstar with no ties to the company. But Sting holds that distinction. In fact, he€™s the greatest wrestler to never set foot in a WWE ring. The guy defies age, much in the same way Undertaker does, and when it€™s all said and done, he will go down as one of the greatest of all time€”in WWE or otherwise. So why now? That€™s a great question, and the answer is probably simpler than people think. Sting is a guy who€™s done it all in the industry, and been a success in spite of the WWE. He€™d be a first ballot hall of famer€”way ahead of anyone in this year€™s WWE class€”but there€™s only one problem: He€™s not in the WWE. Then again, he€™s not with TNA anymore either. Oh, and he€™s scheduled to appear at Wrestlemania Axxess. And there have been rumors floating around that he signed a WWE Legends contract. Does this mean he will make an appearance at Wrestlemania? That€™s doubtful, especially when one considers how much the WWE values promotion (and to a lesser degree, how much they€™d want to promote it given the lackluster card at this year€™s €˜Mania). But a Sting appearance sometime in the near post-Wrestlemania future is almost assured. There€™s many more reasons for him to give a farewell tour with the biggest wrestling company on earth, than go out the way he did with TNA. In wrestling, what makes sense often trumps what doesn€™t. In this instance, it€™s probable that Sting is seen in a WWE ring sooner rather than later.
