3. Sting

If you aren't anticipating the "Sting to WWE" rumors every WrestleMania season, then you haven't been a member of the Internet Wrestling Community for very long. After his time in TNA came to an end this past January, rumors ran rampant among wrestling fans that Sting might finally make his long awaited debut in the company up north, though as of now, nothing is official. Sting has yet to appear on WWE TV, and aside from being featured during Warrior Week on the WWE Network, there has been no indication that he has signed with the company. Nevertheless, that hasn't stopped fans from predicting potential roles for him if he were to debut. Among the ideas reportedly discussed for Sting's impending WWE debut was to hand him the reins to Raw as its general manager. This wouldn't be the first time that Sting has acted as an on-air authority figure, however, as Sting served as the general manager of Impact Wrestling from October 2011 to March 2012. His crow character, if he did indeed sign with WWE, wouldn't fit the bill of a GM just yet, but it'd be one way for him to regularly maintain a presence on WWE TV. With his dream match against The Undertaker at The Show of Shows now in question due to The Streak being broken by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30, naming Sting the Raw GM would be the quickest and most logical way for him to debut in WWE. With Brad Maddox fired, there's no better time for The Icon to make his presence felt than right now.
