4. The Rock
Charisma can be defined in a long explanation derived from the Oxford dictionary of English, or you can just present a picture of The Rock. Some people may have held fans on their every word, but The Rock held fans on the tip of every hair that helped form "The People's Eyebrow." With the death of Rocky Maivia in 1997, from the ashes rose The Rock, a man who exuded charisma and didn't need an offer to speak on the microphone. I could choose any one of about two-hundred promos of The Rock's and use it in my defense for placing "The Great One" in this position. Whether it be prayer to Billy, here comes The Big Slow, Kane is a big red r#@ard, The Rock's 2003 return to Toronto, any one of The Rock Concert's or his history lesson's to John Cena in the build-up to their match at last years Wrestlemania, The Rock's speaking ability and catchphrase's are a thing of pop culture. Some may criticize him lately for depending on his "same old shtick," but truthfully if The Rock was anything else would we still love him? In 2003 he attempted to drop the routine after defeating Hulk Hogan at No Way Out in Toronto, but as proven then, turning "The People's Champion" into a bad guy was easier said than done.
