In essence it means Cesaro is able to have matches that use a large number of classic wrestling moves and holds to keep the action moving. This ability to wrestle matches of a high technical quality means Cesaro can compete with any wrestler on the roster, while also making the match look good. This quality is perhaps the chief reason the internet has become such a firm supporter of Cesaro. He is capable of classic wrestling matches that many on the roster just cannot reach. This does not mean that Cesaro will be handed the WWE Championship anytime soon, plenty of great technical wrestlers have languished around the middle of the card in the WWE. His matches with Daniel Bryan on Raw were phenomenal, showing both wrestlers at their best. Yet it is on the WWE's feeder show NXT where he has shown the most of his marvellous ability. His matches against Bo Dallas and Leo Kruger allowed him to carry younger, less experienced wrestlers to good matches. However, when he got into the ring with more experienced stars, the likes of William Regal and Sami Zayn, he showed the true level of his quality. His 2 out of 3 falls match against Sami Zayn was touted by some as a match of the year candidate, and it is easy to see why. A man capable of matches of this quality are few and far between, and Cesaro seems to be able to put on high quality matches with many people on the roster.
