WWE: 10 Superstars Who Should Have Been World Champion

5. Taz(z)

Even Vince McMahon regretted not putting Taz over Triple H when the two fought back in the day, and in our opinion, Vince missed a great chance to shake things up by jobbing Taz into obscurity over the years. Why bring a guy in to end one of your hottest prospects undefeated streak only to have him lose time and time again in the following weeks? It just didn't make sense. Nor did utilising Taz - a legit tough guy and 'giant killer' - in a gimmick where he and Spike Dudley were a 'Little Man' tag team that fluked their way to victory each week on Smackdown. No wonder he got fat and retired. Imagine if he'd been used correctly? Taz as World Champion against The Big Show or Taz against The Undertaker or any other big man on the roster would have made some great 'will he wont he' moments on TV and PPV as would a lengthy feud with Kurt Angle, but instead his WWE run was just embarrassing.
