WWE: 10 Ways To Book WrestleMania 30 (Without Cena Or Punk)

4. Develop More Full-Time Stars

The glaring issue with WWE in relation to losing Cena and Punk is the lack of top stars. They can plug those holes with part timers at Wrestlemania, but going forward the company really needs to develop the next generation of stars. Bryan will be at that level very soon, but beyond him there isn't much else. Orton and Batista to an extent are at that level of Punk and Cena, but they have little long term value. If anything, the more Orton and Batista are used, the more their value goes down. Fans are sick of seeing the same old same-old. Which means WWE really needs to push upcoming stars on the Mania undercard. Guys like Big E Langston need to be given pushes and major wins. It's the only way for WWE to change fan-perceptions of who matters and who is filler. Right now very few people matter, so I would look to establish some new stars by putting the upcomers in wins against the old timers. My undercard might look a bit like this: Big E vs Mark Henry Cody Rhodes vs Goldust Damien Sandow vs Christian Sheamus vs Rey Mysterio I think that would complement the main events of Orton vs Batista vs Bryan, Lesnar vs Undertaker, Reigns vs Wyatt, Ziggler vs Triple H and Cesaro vs Big Show nicely. The 30th anniversary of Wrestlemania is a night for the future not the past, the young guys should all go over against the old guard (with the exception of Lesnar who must lose).
