WWE: 10 Ways CM Punk Quitting Could Now Become A Storyline

7. The Job Review

Cm Punk Best This would be the big angle where the worked shoot really comes to pay off. Vince would open the next week's Raw with Triple H's job review. McMahon runs down all of the terrible PPVs and controversies that have happened since Hunter took charge. It should all be as real as possible, quite frankly Vince could call upon several real low points that have occurred since Triple H took the Authority role. At the key point in the speech, Vince says "Paul, I'm not going to fire you ... but I have called in an old friend and gave him creative control here." Hunter would of course look perplexed. Then all of a sudden, CM Punk's music hits. Imagine the pop. With everyone sold on believing Punk was gone it would make for an EPIC moment if he was to return so unexpectedly. A delighted Punk should then make his way down to the ring as Triple H sells as if this isn't part of the plan. On entering the ring, Punk walks straight up to Hunter and punches him in the face. A brawl breaks out, with Vince trying to separate the pair to sell that the punch wasn't planned. Think back to the Austin Tyson angle, make it a pull apart brawl in that kind of fashion. At this point the WWE audience will be red hot for the company again ... Punk is back and taking out Triple H and Daniel Bryan is in the main event of Wrestlemania 30.
