6. Randy Orton vs. Batista vs. Daniel Bryan

The match it seems like we will be getting presented by the close of WrestleMania, it is an undeniably more attractive prospect than the current official match without Bryan. But even then it is only sixth on the list because fans happy with this clash are simply making the best of a bad scenario, not because this is what they wanted to see back in January. Bryan seemed to be finally accepted as a main event star and WWE Champion back at SummerSlam when he defeated John Cena for the title, and even when Triple H betrayed him moments later to present the title to Mr Money in the Bank Randy Orton fans were still high on hope. It was believed that this would place Bryan in the Stone Cold role of fighting against The Authority and their corporate champion Randy Orton to right the wrong. What happened instead saw fans given endless false hope, as Bryan won the title from Orton at the following pay-per-view only to be stripped the next night, the following month a no contest and the next one he was screwed out of the match by referee Shawn Michaels. WWE then placed him in a program with the Wyatts, including a brief heel turn, and fans gave up hope on WWE finally pulling the trigger on his push. Instead WWE tried to force Batista challenging Orton upon fans who didn't want to see it, and now Bryan's insertion in the program is desired no matter how clunky and forced it seems from a storytelling perspective. And if the believed path takes place of Bryan getting into the title match by defeating Triple H at the event for double duty, the Bryan win seems predictable and will have less effect than it did back at say SummerSlam or Elimination Chamber. Placing him into the match during January would've looked like he was only there because fans demanded it, so him winning would've been in doubt.
