2. Re-Establish The Brand Split

We need a clearly-defined roster for Raw and Smackdown, respectively. Two distinct worlds in which to play. Remember when Raw used to be the show with all the "big" storylines and drama, and Smackdown was more wrestling-oriented? It was fun. You got two very different viewing experiences, each with something to offer in terms of entertainment value. And when those two worlds collided, it was must-see TV! It's not just nostalgia at play here. Having the brand split gives more wrestlers the opportunity to be a part of the conversation (back to resource usage). When the fans tune into each show with an expectation for who they're going to see, it feels satisfying for those expectations to be met. Right now, wrestlers and storylines are all over the place, and the frequent Raw recaps on Smackdown does nothing to promote Smackdown as a credible, unique experience. This is the long-term planning the organization so sorely lacks, Kane. A brand split gives you more options for character development, plus you can reinstate the Draft, and bring back The Battle For Brand Supremacy at WrestleMania. You can do this, Kane. You have the power!
