4. Shawn Michaels Could Be The Special Guest Referee
Admittedly, having Shawn Michaels as the special referee for the match is either a great or terrible idea, depending on your feelings for the Heartbreak Kid. Whatever your opinion, there's no doubting though that Shawn would add a little spice to the mix, much like he did when he refereed the Wrestlemania match between Triple H & Undertaker almost 2 years ago. Of course Shawn has notoriously refereed a Daniel Bryan match in the past, wearing the black and white stripes for Bryan's WWE Title match with Randy Orton at Hell in a Cell 2013. Shawn controversially cost Bryan the match that night, and would later state that his reason for doing so was his friendship with Triple H was paramount to his tutelage of former trainee Daniel Bryan. Going into the match Triple H could hand-pick Shawn as a referee, knowing that no matter what happened, his best friend would have his back. Imagine what a great moment it would be then, if HBK had a change of heart, did the right thing and turned on Hunter, allowing Bryan to defeat Triple H. Whereas I'm sure most people would prefer it if Daniel Bryan defeated Triple H cleanly, it'd still be a great moment not only to see Shawn to choose Bryan, but also see Triple H's attempt to stack the decks in his favour backfire.
