WM13 was the launch point for a number of the biggest superstars in wrestling history; it was home to the breakthrough of Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the debut Wrestlemania of both The Rock and Mick Foley. In the 2 years that followed we would witness all three of them rise to the very top of the WWE along with the company debuts of future World Champions Edge, Kane and Christian
Heading in to Wrestlemania 30 the company once again has a number of stars on the cusp of breaking through to the very top of the WWE. Wrestlemania could once again be the launch point.
It would be unfair to call Daniel Bryan a new star, for more than a decade Bryan has been delivering exceptional matches week in week out. With his showdown against a veteran like Triple H and the sheer emotion that will be involved in his likely Triple Threat match with Randy Orton and Batista, you wouldnt bet against him adding a couple more to his resume on April 6th.
Another veteran of the independent scene Cesaro has finally started to get recognition on a global scale. He may not be in a feature match at Wrestlemania 30, but the master of the European uppercut has all the talent in the world to reach the upper echelons of the WWE in the next year.
Alongside Roman Reigns, two more independent stalwarts Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins have continually impressed. Their battles with the Wyatt family have been some of the best in recent memory. Its evident that Reigns is the member the company has the biggest plans for but all three are more then gifted enough to become major single stars.
The list goes on - The Wyatt family, The Usos, Dolph Ziggler, Big E Langston. There are so many wrestlers in the company ready to break the proverbial glass ceiling. This years Wrestlemania could be the catalyst for their ascension just like Wrestlemania 13 proved to be for Steve Austin, The Rock and Mick Foley.
