8. Power and Glory
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ay64B0t-UdQ A team that was totally under appreciated at the time was the pairing of Paul Roma and Hercules. Before we get started, yes, I realize that Paul Roma was basically a jobber his entire career and Hercules didn't exactly set the world on fire during his WWF run. But, make no mistake about it, this was a great heel tag team that had great chemistry and should have won the tag belts at some point. Not only did Roma and Hercules gel as a team but they also had a killer finisher that surprisingly hasn't been stolen yet. Hercules, the powerhouse of the team, would superplex some poor wrestler and, as soon as he hit the mat, Paul Roma would come flying off the top rope with a splash for the easy win. The finish looked like a million bucks and got over huge with the fans. Despite receiving a fairly sizable push for a few months, the WWF abruptly pulled the plug on Power and Glory, jobbing them to the Legion of Doom in under a minute at Wrestlemania VII. It was definitely a confusing booking decision and one that still doesn't make sense to this day.
