He is a true ambassador of old fashioned southern wrasslin. Cornette has eviscerated the NWO, Johnny Ace, Vince Russo, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, and WCW as a wrestling promotion, company and as a crew, in the words of Tupac Shakur. Whether a worked shoot, or real one, Cornette speaks like a man with nothing to lose, and not a fear in the world. He will cause you to laugh to out loud, drop your jaw and click anything with his name attached to it. His intensity reels you in like a bass fisherman. Long before CM Punk was dropping pipe bombs, Cornette dropped them weekly. He is a God of the genre. Here are a few of the gems hes dropped, Hulk Hogan Is a household word, but so is garbage and it stinks when it gets old too. Bret Hart is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, but if he has been screwed as many times as he says, he would have struck oil by now. Shawn Michaels found god because mortals wouldnt speak to him anymore. I wrote down everything Kevin Nash did in the ring, and I got to 6, and thats with the hair flip. Jim Cornette is a true gift to wrestling fans. The gift that keeps on giving.
