Just like Jason Voorhees, the murderous psychopath known as Total Divas keeps coming back. Unlike Jason, though, Total Divas isnt even entertaining once in a great while. This most recent season premiere episode (which was an actual season premiere) was like a bad sitcom, in which one character had to be in two places at once. Much like the Saved by the Bell classic where Zack was in detention while also needing to be at The Maxx, Nikki had to be on one side of John Cenas giant mansion helping pick out windows or something equally stupid, while also getting her blood drawn on the other side of the mansion! Oh man, I think weve all been there! On Raw, we kept seeing commercials for the Divas show, as well as getting storyline crossovers with The Bella Twins. However, were not supposed to recognize the fact that Cena and Nikki are an item (which would mean John really has gone evil like Heyman wanted), but other things that happen on the show are actually a part of WWE cannon like when the divas thought Natalya's painting sucked and then proceeded to bully her for it. Also, is putting Rosa on a faux-reality show with cameras constantly surrounding her really the healthiest way for her to adjust back to a somewhat normal life? Eh, theres nothing we can really do about it. Well just have to sit and watch (or not watch, which is the preferred method) and accept the fact that this show exists, and that the most famous women wrestlers in the world are not among the most talented, hardest working, or least annoying.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
