WWE has announced three pretty major segments for this week's episode of SmackDown.

Reigning Intercontinental Champ Big E will return to action for the first time since his injury angle with Apollo Crews. It's expected that E will confront the reborn heel and set up a title bout between the pair at Fastlane on 21 March.

WrestleMania 37 opponents and temporary tag-team partners Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair will also join Kevin Owens on 'The KO Show'. WWE would be mad not to book some tension there before both face Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the Women's Tag belts on the next pay-per-view.

Finally, Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan will sign the contract for their own Fastlane bout. There's no way that particular segment ends without some sort of shenanigans; it wouldn't be a surprise to see Bryan get the upper hand (and maybe put Jey Uso through a table) heading into next week's showdown.

The company hasn't revealed any actual matches scheduled to take place on Friday night, which is rather interesting. Big E will presumably wrestle somebody, and Bryan might get another exhibition bout that Reigns and pals can ruin.
