At the moment, six matches isn't quite enough for WWE to fill out a three-hour pay-per-view broadcast. Keep in mind that there will also probably be a Kickoff portion to the show, and it becomes even more important that management add at least one more match to the card. That could be the ideal spot for someone like Baron Corbin.

Kane rolled over the top of Fandango on the latest edition of SmackDown Live, and he had previously squashed a jobber before that. Meanwhile, Corbin has been cast as the resident bully on the brand, intimidating the likes of Kalisto. There's a match between Kane and Corbin waiting in the wings for Backlash.

A victory over the 'Big Red Machine' would be perfect for Baron, who has been almost forgotten since the brand separation. In order to get right back in the thick of things, he needs to start racking up some wins and getting more television time on Tuesday nights. This Sunday, an impressive victory over a veteran like Kane would allow the announcers to talk Corbin up easily.
