We’ve already covered how young Battleground is; less than three years have passed since the PPV debuted in October 2013. And yet, in that short time, the WWE’s roster has experienced a fairly radical change.

Evidence of that is all too apparent in a quick read back through the 2013 card. Of the 22 names who competed on that show, only 12 of them remain with the company. Those still around include Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, Cesaro, Jack Swagger, Curtis Axel, R-Truth, Goldust, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Kofi Kingston and Randy Orton.

Meanwhile, the list of departures includes Damien Sandow, Rob Van Dam, Santino Marella, the Great Khali, AJ Lee, Brie Bella, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Ryback and Daniel Bryan.

And that’s not even including the managers and valets from that evening, with the likes of Ricardo Rodriguez, Zeb Colter and Hornswoggle also moving on in recent years.
