Thus far, WWE have done a tremendous job of showing the resentment between Becky Lynch and Natalya. Not only did the latter turn on Becky at Money In The Bank, she also repeatedly ambushed from behind. Lately, Lynch has been returning the favour, meddling in Natalya's affairs and attacking her before matches.

The latest example of that came on SmackDown. As Natalya geared up to face Alicia Fox, Becky ran out and rained down punch after punch on her fierce rival. This has all set the scene nicely for Battleground, where there's a possibility that Lynch vs. Natalya will take place on the Kickoff show.

That's not actually a bad spot to be in, the live crowd will be enthused if both women tear into one another from the first bell. A firm winner doesn't necessarily need to be established here, WWE can get away with a double count out or disqualification, so long as the pair brawl wildly.

Both Becky and Natalya have been drafted to SmackDown, so they can continue their issues after Battleground.
