WWE Black Wednesday Releases 5 Years Later - Where Are They Now?

9. Heath Slater

Heath had several memorable moments under WWE's umbrella. He was a member of Nexus, there was 3MB (yes it counts!), and then there was an unlikely comedic pairing with Rhyno that worked wonders on SmackDown in 2016. Slater was eventually released in April 2020, and he found his way to IMPACT/TNA for a three-year spell that ended in 2023.

He's been a weekend warrior on the independent scene since that run finished. Heath picks and chooses where he works nowadays, but fans shouldn't completely rule out a comeback someday. After all, the man's got kids to feed. Christ knows how many by this point!

Only joking - that was just a (fun) storyline.
