WWE Clash Of Champions 2016: 10 Things That Must Happen

On the July 25, 2016 episode of Monday Night Raw, Sasha Banks managed to defeat Charlotte. This win meant she was the new Raw Women's Champion, and the live crowd in Pittsburgh bellowed out their satisfaction that she had finally been able to topple Charlotte. Such excitement was short-lived.

Less than a month later, Charlotte beat Banks at SummerSlam. There was an air of deflation at this, because worries intensified that WWE might start hot-shotting the title around the Raw roster. Thankfully, that hasn't happened, at least not yet. Clash Of Champions sees Charlotte defend the gold in a Triple Threat encounter against both Sasha Banks and Bayley.

The heel's latest stint with the title is just over a month old, it'd feel rushed if she dropped it again right now. Bayley would represent a shock win if WWE want to go down that route, but losing the title at this juncture does nothing for Charlotte's dominating female athlete guise.

Truly, the best course of action is to have her come out on top, keeping both babyfaces chasing her.
